Real estate professionals interested in learning more about the dynamic downtown Los Angeles real estate market will want to attend next week’s “DTLA Spotlight Showcase and Forum.” Hosted by real estate Web site The Real Deal on June 13, the afternoon panel discussions at One California Plaza will feature a “deep dive” into both residential and commercial development in downtown Los Angeles.
An array of heavy hitters in Los Angeles real estate are confirmed to take part in the discussion. They include: Ricardo Pagan, Claridge Properties; Josh Flagg, Rodeo Realty; Matthew Ahrens, Rising Realty; Mike Akerly, Polaris Pacific; James Harris, The Agency; Nick Segal, Pacific Union; Ernie Carswell, Douglas Ellman; and Beth Styne, Coldwell Banker.
The showcase and forum kicks off at 1 p.m. with a showcase of One California Plaza and networking opportunities.
At 2 p.m. is the first panel discussion. It’s theme for discussion is “DTLA Uprising: Will downtown’s transformation, from mini-city projects like Metropolis to the rise of the Arts District, live up to the hype?”
From 3 to 3:45 p.m. is another networking/showcase opportunity.
The second panel will take a deep dive into the broader Los Angeles County residential real estate market. The theme is “What’s hot and what’s not: Mapping LA’s residential market, from submarkets and price points to micro units, amenities and more.
Then to cap off the afternoon, from 4:45 to 6 p.m. is a catered happy hour with celebrity chef Stuart O’Keefe.
This focus on DTLA real estate should provide an informative afternoon on what’s the most dynamic real estate market in Los Angeles County.
Tickets for the DTLA Spotlight Showcase and Forum are $35 and can be purchased here.
